I want to start working from home with the company called willowcsn.com, and
had no problem going to their website until I downloaded DSL onto my computer
which caused it to have several problems first being I could not access
willow on INTERNET EXPLORER so I had to download Mozilla Firefox which was
good for the time being passed a couple of test but now I am told that I am
not allowed to have mozilla for some reason or the other (not compatible with
company) so I have to uninstall Mozilla firefox which will leave me on the
deep end with that company
can someone help please because they way I here I might have to in my
computer
to fixed and I would like to solve the problem myself ....... If I can

THANK YOU
GOD BLESS

Open up IE and clear out the cache. With IE open go to Tools>Internet
Options. Under Temporary Internet Files click on Delete Files.

If that doesn't help, use the IP address of the website
(http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX). Your company should be able to give it to you.

Thank you for the advice. I clean my computer every other day so my cache is
usually clean and the internet tempory files and I have the IP address as a
trusted website under my internet options and it still won't work

Jonna,

Is this a problem with one website, but not others? Does the problem come and
go? Look at the MTU:
