Page Cannot Be Displayed

my pc has for the last 3 to 4 days progressivly has either
hung up or shows page cannot be displayed page sooner and
sooner then i have to reboot i gain a few more minutes if
i defragment in system information i ran the diagnostics
test and wan miniport(IP) failed and said DNS server order
66.81.0.251 was the culprit i dont no if this has anything
to do with it or not but could someone set me on the right
path ty

If you are running DSL there have been several problems

like this and they won't admit it's there problem. If it
is on only some sites and not others wait a day and see
if it clears.
Also run tracert www.site name from the cmd prompt and it
will do a trace and point to the problem server.
