page can not be displayed with IE6 but works fine with mozilla

Hello,
I have a page witch works fine on most computers and most browsers. But
there are some clients who got problems in seeing the page. But if they try
to see the page on the same computer with netscape or mozilla the page works
perfect.
How is this possible?
First we thougth this might be a DNS or Proxy issue. But both browsers uses
the same proxy.
Our second thought was, that we have a MTU Problem, but be didn't changed
any MTU values and the site worked on that computers befor.

We have changed some things:

1. the domain www.bmwi-geheimschutz.de points with a header file in Apache
to https://www.bmwa-sicherheitsforum.de
2. the domain www.sicherheitsforum.de ponits with a header redirect to
https://www.bmwa-sicherheitsforum.de

Therefore we had www.bmwi-geheimschutz.de redirectet to
https://www.bmwi-geheimschutz.de

Can this be Apache or PHP Problem?
