If you are trying to use page breaks for printing the data in the form...
don't print forms! They aren't really designed for printing; Reports are.

Create a Report based on the same query - with subreports if necessary - and
print *that*.

Using pages breaks is a very user unfriendly approach! Having to scroll up
and down, or having to go to a command button to scroll up and down is nor
very intuitive. On top of this, you're limited to a maximum form length of22
inches, which isn't much, especially if you're talking about a form plus 3
subforms.

You'd be far better off expanding laterally, using aTabbed Control, with a
subform on each Tabbed Page.

Hi John,

I believe I am having a similar issue. Hoping to pick your brain since you
seem to be on the right track here...

I have a form w/ 3 tabs. Looks great and works for it's purpose. I also need
to print this out - and I want the information entered on each tab to be on
it's own page. (I don't want it to have the same layout or instructions, so
as you said above, I shouldn't print a form, I should use a report.)

Can you tell me how I will accomplish a "page break" effect on a report? I
have been playing around and I DID get each record to appear on it's own page
(finally) but now all the info is crammed onto one page each, when I really
need 3.

Any ideas?

Also - and this may be asking a bit much - Once this is set up, the users
are only going to want to print out one specific record at a time. What is
the best method for choosing?

Thanks a bunch John!
