page break will not move when dragged

When setting up a worksheet, it gave a page break before the end of data,
when I tried to drag and move the page break, it wouldn't move, what am I
doing wrong? I am practicing using MS Excel 2003. I was able to insert a
new page break, but can't get rid of the original page break.
 
Smooth operator,

i had thi problem once, then I realised that you drag the page brea
with the alternate mouse button. (ie if you are right-handed, it is th
right button for most people
