page break settings for excel worksheet

when I set page breaks for worksheets that I create, then another user in my
company tries to print these worksheet the page breaks have automatically
moved which makes a mess of the printing. Is there any setting that I can do
to standarize all workstations at my company or is there a way I can set page
breaks in a way that they will not be altered by another system setting?

I'd do my best to make the pagebreaks as generic as possible. Make them fit the
worst printer you can think of.

If your printer can fit 60 lines per page, put your page breaks after every 50
lines--same thing with columns.

I've never seen a good way to know what the worst printer will be, though.
