Page break, how to get rid of them

R

Ragnar Midtskogen

Hi,

According to Excel help, to delete all manual page breaks, I can use the
Worksheet(n).ResetAllPageBreaks.

It looks to me like it just moves them to some kind of predefined grid. Am I
missing something here?

Any help would be appreciated

Ragnar.

Ragnar,

What you're probably seeing is the automatic page breaks. They occur
wherever the next row or column wouln't fit on the page in its entirety.
Time to move to the next page. Change the column widths, and they'll shift
around as necessary. Or adjust the margins. If you don't want to see them,
turn off Page Breaks in Tools - Options - View.

There are always going to be automatic pagebreaks which is probably what you
are seeing. If you don't want to see them, go to Tools=>Options => view and
uncheck Pagebreaks.

Also make sure you are in Normal view (View Menu, Normal)

Thank you Earl,

I thought maybe I was seing some automatic page outlines but the horizontal
breaks looked like they were much too close, particularly for Landscape
view.
