page borders

I have done bage border on ms word and it appears correct on the screen but
when I do print preview, the bottom of the border does not show

I'm using Microsoft office 2007, and have ried to set margins as you
suggested but still no change.

The problem could be that you have different paper sizes defined in Page
Setup and in the printer settings (e.g. A4 versus Letter).

In Word 2003, you would find the settings in File > Page Setup > Paper tab
and in Print > Properties > Paper Quality tab > Advanced button (I cannot
tell you how to access the same settings in Word 2007).
