Page alignment

Ok, here's a strange question. I have had some people tell me that when they
view the company website, the pages aren't aligned right and they have to
scroll from right to left to read them. On my computer, everything appeared
fine, except for our current events page. When this page comes up, it looks
misaligned at first, but after scrolling down or moving the mouse across the
page, it comes into line??? Not sure what is wrong, but I'd really like to
get this fixed. The web site is www.krammhealthcare.org

Your top 3 images add up to 950 px wide
- so anyone viewing in a browser window smaller than ~970 px wide will have a horizontal scroll bar

In IE, at my normal browser size (800x600) the page needs to be
scrolled left-right. Nearly a third of internet users are using a
screen resolution of 800x600 (see www.echoecho.com) and many more
browse in small windows.
With the browser opened at 1024px wide, I see no problems in IE, but a
lack of space on my desktop for other applications I have running.

In FireFox, there are major layout problems at any viewport less than
1024px wide.

There is one major problem with the 1024px width - the lines of text
are too long to read with comfort - text should be restricted to about
600px wide to read comfortably - this is equivalent to the typical
printed width on A4 paper with 10 or 12pt type.

PS remove all spaces and other characters from your image and folder
names. These will break links in some browsers.

Ok. I removed the spacing and tried adjusting the page size....did it work?
Looks ok on 3 different computers here at work, but I still notice that on
the current events page, when you first go to it, it is out of line. Then,
if you move your arrow over the link bars at the top, it mysteriously "jumps"
back into alignment. Still not sure what is wrong there.

How did you "adjust the page size"?
Are you using tables for your layout?

I changed the screen size. Why? Is it still not looking right? I used a
template for my layout.

How did you "adjust the page size"?
Are you using tables for your layout?
