Packet Scheduler Miniport?

I'm trying to ensure that a system recovery disk for my new Norton Ghost 12
will work. It tells me, however, that I'm missing a driver for the Packet
Scheduler Miniport, whatever that is. My search of the Internet suggests it
is part of Windows XP (which I have -- w/ SP2, home edition), but I'm still
not clear what it is for or where to get the driver for it. Couldn't find it
at the Microsoft site. Can someone at least tell me whether Packet Scheduler
Miniport is part of Windows or has nothing to do with it?

Thank you.

I've worked with two Norton techs to resolve three other problems getting
Ghost installed and operating; the first one was helpful, the other not, but
I finally got those problems resolved. Based on my experience with the last
tech, who insisted the problem was a Microsoft Windows XP problem (not -- I
found the solution in the Norton Ghost folder on my computer) I figured the
first thing Norton would say if I asked about this one would be, "Not our
problem -- contact Microsoft." But if this is a chipset deal, as one
responder suggested, maybe I should trudge back to Norton after all.
