i beleive that packard bell continued producing machines in europe
after they closed dwon in the US
it might be one of them...
at any rate, though i don't usually see people saying anything good
about packard bell
the one i have (now no longer being used) worked very well from 1995 through
about 2002. it had started out as a p-75 with 8 megs of ram
and ended up as a p-200 with 128 megs of ram
I've done that number before. It's fun upgrading a horrible computer.
