Package Wizard Access 2007 where to find what is product url

Does anyone knows how do the Product Updates url works in the Access 2007
Package Wizard. Also, I need to know about the registry entry option in the
2k7 Package Wizard as well.

I think that this might work similarly to the Access 2003 Package Wizard.
Does anyone knows?

What do you mean by Product Updates URL?
