package for CD

I am a teacher trying to send my students' work home with them on USB drives.
When I try to do the Package for CD option (choosing to copy to folder
rather than CD), it ALWAYS tells me the hard disk is full and the process
cannot be completed. I tried on a computer that was brand new and ONLY had
MS Office and basic programs installed on it, and still got the same message.

Help!
 
Your not by chance copying directly to the USB drive are you?
