Pack and Go or Breifcasing Power Point Files

I want to save a power point presentation so that it retains enough info to
run the presentation on a computer without power point - any thoughts???

You would need to capture your presentation as a video (with loss in quality) to
have any hope of making it run without PowerPoint or the Viewer. However, if
the end users download and install the PowerPoint Viewer
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b
7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en ) they can view a PowerPoint file.

Or you can prepare an autorun CD which will run on any system with or without
PowerPoint. Nothing is installed on the system and the user just puts the CD in
the drive. See http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorials/PowerPoint/acdpc.htm
