PA To the CEO Can't Edit Private Appointments

N

Neil Parry

Hi,

We have just recently upgraded the CEO's PA to outlook 2007 on a new laptop
and since then she is unable to View or Edit any appointments that are set as
private. Ok so currently we have her old workstation setup running 2003 and
this machine is able to view and make changes to the CEO's private
appointments but when we attempt it on the 2007 workstation it will not work.

The Pa is Configured with these settings in AD on the CEO's Security
Properties:

Read
Read Account Restrictions
Read General Information
Read Group Membership
Read Logon Information
Read + Write Personal Information
Read + Write Phone and Mail Options
Read + Write Public Information
Read + Write Remote Access Information
Read + Write Web Information

And in Exchange advanced she has these mailbox rights for the CEO's mailbox

Delete Mailbox Storage
Read Permisions
Full Mailbox Access

Last but not least is a Publishing Editor Delegate of the CEO's Mailbox.

Any suggestions or pointers on what might be wrong would be great or even a
link to another already answered question that i wasn't able to find would
save my life =D

Thanks,

Neil

The only other suggestion is to install the cumulative update for 2007 -
