Norton picked this up while scanning. Norton says it can't delete or repair,
so it's in quarantine. It's in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\LogFiles

Do I just submit it and wait, or?

Keep in Quarantine. If there are no problems, delete it from quarantine in a week or so.
