P4T533-C system time off 3 hrs.

Hi, I build a computer for desktop video and the only problem I'm having is
the clock on my desktop is showing 3 hours slow. I changed this in the bios
and by right clicking on the clock, but when I reboot its back to 3 hours
off. Any ideas? Thanks Jeff...
