P4S333 and PC Probe installation problem

Hi

I have P4S333 and until now I used PC Probe 2.16.01.
Now, I downloaded new version of PC Probe v2.21.08 and
v2.21.09. I can't instal both at all :-(

After run setup I receive message, something about:
"Cannot execute aplication bla bla ..."

Im working under W2K SRV with SP4. I try to reinstall
SP4 but without result.

Is possible that this versions of PC Probe are incompatible
with my BIOS ?
