Hello,

After a little research, the main difference in these two boards is that
the "C" has a different chipset and a $100 (cdn) extra cost over the "P"
board. I'm looking to purchase one of these boards and the "P" is looking
more attractive considering price. Are there any other significant features
I'm missing?

Thanks,

Stefano

The P4C supports ECC RAM; the P4P does not. If you don't care about
data integrity, buy the P4P.

On another note I have P4P800 dlx using a Northwood 2.8C (P4). My
system is overclocked to 3.3 ghz and has been for the last year. NBo
problems so far.

Without going into a lot of details the P4C is better but for the
price you cannot go wrong with the P4P800 dlx. The same does not apply
to other versions of the P4P 800 such as the S, V, or plain editions.
