P4C800 Deluxe - RAID / SATA / 1.30 update?

I'm trying to update the Fastrack RAID drivers to the version releaded
6/30/03. There are two seperate sets, one RAID, one 378RAID100130, one
378ATA100130. My assumtion is to update my Promise Fastrack 376/378
RAID Controller (as listed in Device Manager) I would use the RAID
drivers and have done so. The update goes fine, I reboot and see the
Promise BIOS has gone from version 1.33 to 1.34, and when the OS tries
to boot its bang - auto-reboot. This goes on twice until Windows
offers to let me use "Last Known Good Configuration" which puts me
back in with things as they were.

Am I missing something? What do the ATA 100 drivers update? I am
running 1008 BIOS..

Quick addition -

The Fastrack BIOS is still at 1.34 so either I was mistaken about
seeing 1.33 or the BIOS update is ok and its the XP drivers taht are
messing me up (which is what I assume anyway). The current Driver
version for the RAID Controller is 1.0.0.23 dated 1/30/2003.
