For some reason I am continually getting this small pop-
up window which states: "p2p networking, can't find
server". This is very annoying as it comes up about
every 30 seconds. What can I do to disable this window
without deleting important files?

Thanks,

Eddie

Eddie,

I may be wrong about this, but I do not believe this is an
XP error message (I have never seen this error message, or
seen XP refer to any connection as p2p). My suggestion
would be to disable any file-sharing programs you are
running and see if this clears the message. If it does
not (or you are not running and p2p applications), I'd do
a full-scan on your computer with AdAware, and check your
registry/Startup folder for any unknown applications.

Again, I may be wrong, but this does not sound like an XP
error message.

Hope this helps,
J S
