Yes it will. I'd recommend getting the latest version of the BIOS,
1014.003 - it will support up to a 128 GB HD. However, if you're using
a fairly modern HD, you may want to get a separate controller for it.
The P2B's onboard IDE only supports Ultra DMA/33.

Like Ayoub said, check your current BIOS to see if it has hardware
monitoring - check the Power Management Setup screen. If it has h/w
monitoring, the right side of the screen will have fan, thermal, and
voltage readings. If it has this, get the 1014.003 with h/w monitoring,
if not, get the one without.
