Hi,
I have a odd problem: In any new email and note field (contacts/calendar) I
have the "P" formating thing at the end of each line break.
I checked all options, but I have no clue where can I remove it. I found it
under formatting, but when I press it only spaces as converted into dots... !?

Thanks in advance for any hint (and sorry for the stupied question ;-)

It's not an Outlook setting, it's a Word setting. Press Ctrl-Shift-8 to
toggle formatting marks off and on or in Word click Tools>Options and on the
View tab turn off the marks you don't wish to see.

Thanks for the fast feedback Brian.
Unfortunately I still have the problem. I disabled everything in Word and I
can toggle with shift-CTRL-8 the P on and off, but it the P stays ;-(

Maybe it is related to the versions I use? OL 2007 and Office 2003? I
remember OL2007 is accessing Word via a dll. Is there problem to mix
versions? Shouldn't be. Had the same setup before and it worked. Now it is
just a fresh installation.

Any other clue?

Thanks!!

There's no integration to the rest of Office if you have mixed versions. Open
a new mail compose window and adjust the settings there. Ctrl-Shift-8 shoud
work in that case as well.

Brian, thanks for the hint.
But it doesn't work. Is there another option than re-install?
