owc10.dll broken reference

I have an Access database that is run on both Access XP and Access 2003
machines. Every time I make a change to one of the forms using my PC with
Access XP on it the first time someone opens it with Access 2003 I get a
broken reference to owc10.dll error. To get around this problem I open any
form on an Access 2003 machine get into any of the VBA for the form and
delete and redo the reference. The owc10.dll file is located in the same
directory on all of the machines using the database. I am using the Web
Components so I need the reference. I cannot just delete it. Is there a more
permanent solution to this problem?

Not really. Assuming that each person is running his/her copy of the front
end, then the only time you need to change the reference is when you install
a new copy of the front end for that person AND that person is running a
different version of ACCESS than the one you developed it with.
