OWA password change

Can a users domain password be changed when using outlook
web access. I have several users who access their email
via OWA, but when their password is about to expire or
does expire there is no indication as such they only get a
denied response after the password expires.

Thank you

Yes you can change this. For further details ask in an Exchange newsgroup as
OWA is part of Exchange not Outlook.
