I am running vista biz, when I first got my machine I went into OWA and
installed the s/mine cause I was unable to reply and create new email. That
seemed to solve that problem.. however now when I press send I get the spell
check but right after that IE crashes the email doesn't send..and all the OWA
IE windows close and I get the following IE error
IE has stopped working.. a problem caused the program to stop working..
Windows will close the program and nofity you if a soultion is available..
then I get a new IE windows with my home page.

any help would be great.
Thanks

There is an updated s/mime component that is needed. Try reinstalling
that via the OWA options page. If no update is shown there, your
Exchange admins need to get their servers up-to-date with latest patches.

We saw something similar if our clients didn't specify the domain name when
logging into OWA.

Try it and see if adding the domain name works.

Also... Firefox does not have such problems. I had to install it just to
access my OWA.

That's because OWA presents Firefox with the basic interface. You
should have the option on your OWA login page to use either the premium
or basic interface. The basic interface works fine in IE7.
