OWA and missing messages?

A few of my clients are telling me that they cannot see all of the mail in
the inbox, only new items. I have checked my account through OWA and it is
OK. Any ideas?
 
Check their View settings. They must have it set to show New Messages instead
of all messages.

Perhaps they have changed their delivery location to be a PST so that
messages are removed from the server when Outlook connects.
