Overwritten Files

One Day I was transfering photos off of my Digital camera, since we go on
vacation next week. Everything was going well when a popup indicated that a
file had already been named the same. I accidentaly hit "Yes to all" instead
of no. i realized my mistake and canceled the overwrite. But I was too late 3
files had been overwritten. Is there any way to get them back? they are not
in the Recycle bin and not in the Camera storage any more. Please help!

If you have not used the card, then the data is still on it.
There are some utilities which can recover some deleted files...

Overwritten files are replaced by the
new file and are not recoverable. The
only way I know of to recover an over
written file would be with a program
like Norton GoBack. And, of course...
it would have to be installed prior to
the files being overwritten.
