Did you mail it to anyone? it could be in your sent items
Is it on a backed up network drive? get it restored.
And the last one, use your backup. You do have one don't you?
Failing those 3 options I'm afraid your out of luck.
Unless it was saved to another location somehow or if you are on a network
where data is backed up nightly.
