Where did you get this 3.6GB PST file? Are you sure it's a Unicode file;
otherwise it's almost certainly corrupt. What happens when you try?

Outlook 97-2002 pst files physically won't go over 2GB AFAIK......

Ok, the file was generated from Outlook 2003

At this moment, I'm doin this:

I went to OL, created a new PST folder, specified any name, then went
there, clicked on IMPORT, selected my PST (saw all folders I want to
recover) now it's importing.

I hasn't shown any warning or error msg, let's see if this goes well

They will. Just as a '77 Datsun B210 will go over 150MPH (by dropping it
from a high altitude) and with essentially the same results. :-)

I was curious if he ExMerged this file, or created it by exporting a bunch
of different information stores into a single PST or ?

I'm not clear on why you needed to create a new PST. Why not just use this
OL2003 PST file as your main PST file? No need to import it (and suffer the
inconveniences that creates).
