overlapping time intervals.. and assigning a value

Hey people

My logic is not working. I have date format data as below: When another time interval falls within any of these ranges, it will be condition 1, else it will be 0. I have lots of data to evaluate it agains

not quite sure what you're trying to compare and what your expected
result is. Maybe you can give an example of your desired rersult based
on your example data?
