I now get a OVERFLOW warning in Acess 2002 and the Query will not display.
How do I rectify this?

Hi.

The most common cause of an overflow error message is using a string, or
text value, in a numerical operation. Is your query attempting to make a
numerical calculation on a field that has text in it?
