"Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic operation" error when launching OL 2003 Business Contact Ma

I recently upgraded my entire Office 2003 suite to the Beta 2
Technical Refresh using Office Update.

I then uninstalled the earlier Beta 2 version of Business Contact
Manager and installed the "Business Contact Manager for Microsoft
Office Outlook® 2003: Beta Technical Refresh" according to the
instructions at:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...38-c13d-47a4-8db3-8f02ab6370f7&DisplayLang=en

When I launch Outlook 2003 now, I get a dialog titled "Business
Contact Manager" that says, "Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic
operation" with an OK button.

Clicking OK brings up the Crash Report dialog and then Outlook starts
up normally.

No other dialogs are displayed and there is no useful information that
can be used to troubleshoot the problem. No Business Contact Manager
functionality is available.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the "Business Contact Manager for
Microsoft Office Outlook® 2003: Beta Technical Refresh" exhibits the
same behavior.

Outlook 2003 Beta 2 TR is running on a desktop WinXP with all updates
against an Exchange 2003 Beta 2 server running on Win2003 Server Build
3718.

This problem also occurs on my laptop which is configured identically
to the desktop machine. Perhaps a problem with my mailbox on the
Exchange server? I have migrated it through several versions of
Exchange.

I can't find anywhere to submit a bug report and wanted to make sure
this information got to the right people.

When I launch Outlook 2003 now, I get a dialog titled "Business
Contact Manager" that says, "Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic
operation" with an OK button.

Finally found a workaround for this.

I use Caelo's Nelson to index my mail. It's a fantastic product and
highly recommended. I had disabled Nelson in trying to resolve this
issue, but it turns out that was not enough.

Once I uninstalled Nelson and launched Outlook, Business Contacts
launched and was able to go through its initialization.

Once the initialization was complete, I reinstalled Nelson again and
everything seems to be working now.

I have a hard time believing that this is Nelson's fault in any way.
Outlook Business Contacts is the application that crashed. The
"Overflow or underflow" error comes from the .Net framework, which
also points to OBC.
