OUTLSM11.MSI installation file

My Outlook 2003 Live installation file -- OUTLSM11.MSI -- got corrupted. I
need to reinstall Outlook 2003 Live but cannot find a replacement
OUTLSM11.MSI file. Any suggestions?

Go through the process of downloading the files again from the subscription
site. It will ask your for your .net passport information. Then you can get
the software again and reinstall.

I have tried to go through the subscription site, but that won't work. Even
though Outlook Live 2003 is NOT installed on my PC, the messsage at the
subscription site keeps telling me that I cannot download Outlook Live 2003
because it is already installed on my PC. Not helpful at all.

Also, to everyone who reads this: Do not ever pay the $35 for email support
to Microsoft that I did today. I have not heard back from Microsoft. What a
waste of $35 and still I am unable to install Outlook Live 2003 on my PC.
