When turning on Outlook's Out of office Assistant,

Internally I get response from Out of office, however no
response to the outside world.

Has anyone seen this yet?

It's the default setting. Admins tend to be very reluctant to turn the
internet mail setting on, as there are distinct possibilities of getting
into huge loops with spam.
