Outlook97, Internet mail

I can't set-up an internet mail connection for Outlook97.
The option does not appear for me to add to services. I
tried installing the add-in for this but get massage
Exchange running . Can't find exchange running to close.
On an NT domain , broadband connection, always connected,
users loggin.I set-up outlook Express 6 fine but need to
use Outlook97.
Any help?
