Outlook2007 Shortcut keys

The help does not mention how to attach a file using a keboard shortcut
 
You can use a keyboard sequence for this (meaning pressing after each other
and not at the same time;
ALT, H, A, F

If you add the Attach File command to the Quick Access Toolbar, then you can
also use ALT, <number assigned to the Attach File command in the QAT>
