Yes, simply go to:
Go to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup

Copy and Paste the Outlook Shortcut there.

If you don't see it, make sure that hidden files are turned on.

Is it possible in Vista to make Outlook to start when Vista Starts?

In Vista, as in any other version of Windows produced in the past
several years, it's possible (and easy) to have *any* program start
automatically.

The easiest way is usually to put a shortcut to the program (Outlook,
in your case) into the folder C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Tallaaja,

Glad to hear it.

You guys here are the masters. What I need to do in IE7 configurations to
make it safe? If I use computers in an Internet cafee, what I have to
delete? I do not want to leave my passwords/usernames.
