Outlook2003 - other users Calendars listed in "My Calendars" and "Other Calendars" names disappearin

Server - Exchange 2003
Clients - Outlook 2003 (cached mode) and Win XP SP1

One of my users has around 10 other users calendars listed in her
outlook 2003 client on her calendar page (some listed under "My
Calendars" and others under "Other Calendars").

Her problem is that, whilst the check boxes next to each of the
calendars stay on the page, when she checks the box to view the users
calendars against hers the other calendar users name disappears from
the "my calendars" or "other calendars" pane and doesnt re - appear?
This leaves her with a list of 10 or so check boxes for calendars and
no names to distinguish whos is whos.

I think this is profile related as when I recreated her profile the
problem went away (for a couple of hours) but it has since returned.

Has anyone any idea of what could be causing this?

This issue follows the user around (she has a roaming profile)

I have renamed the outlook.xml file on her local and roaming profile
and the problem still occurs.

I have created an entirely new profile for this user and the problem
still applies.

However when she logged into outlook for the first time with her new
profile all her specified calendars were listed already so did
something not delete properly or is it being cached somewhere?

If I can clear the list of calendars completely and get her to start
from scratch this may resolve it.

I deleted her outlook profile too and created a new one but the
calendars were still already listed the next time she logged in?
