Outlook2003 does not restart

Outlook was working normally. First I installed WinFax Pro 10, still Outlook
was OK. Then I created a second user profile for Outlook. Then I am now able
to open outlook once, if I close it I can not re-open. I get a message that
it already works if I am using Exchange Server etc. etc. I removed the
second profile, nothing changed. Then I tried to uninstall Winfax pro 10, it
is not existing in startup menu but I got an error message that uninstall
file was not found and the program name still exists in control panel/add
remove section. Has anybody had any experience like this.
I am using WinXP and I have Symantec Internet Security 2004 Pro.

I forgot to add, Ifter I tried, although not successfully, to uninstall
winfax pro 10, it seems I now can re-open Outlook. What is your opinion? Is
there anything I should take care with WinFax?

Winfax is one of the programs that can prevent Outlook to close properly.
I'm not sure Norton had an update for this.
