Outlook2000 Followup

How do I setup Followup mail to go directly into the Followup Folder, my user
needs to know how to setup the flag that will put followup mail into the
followup folder

I don't think Outlook 2000 has search folders. Those appeared in Outlook
2003, I believe. The "For Follow Up" folder is not a true folder but a
search folder, showing all messages that are flagged, no matter what folder
actually contains them.
