When I print an email message I have sent, everything appears on the header,
but if I have sent an attachment with it, the word "attachment" does not
print nor does the type of attchment that it is i. e. pdf, excel, etc.
appear. I am using HTML format.
Any suggestions to set this up?

Hi Steve,

1. Convert your email to RTF/text
2. Or you can install Office 2003 SP1 (in SP1 for OL2003 this issue was
fixed)
