By adding that e-mailaccount to your Outlook configuration. Goto Tools->
E-mailaccounts (or Services depends on your version of Outlook) and choose
to Add an account. Follow the wizard to configure your account. If you do
not know the configuration settings contact the administrator or ISP which
holds the e-mailaccount (domain).
