Every time I open MS Outlook I get the following message:
"Unable to open your email folders. The file
C:\Documents and Settings\dts5h1\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook2.pst
is not a personal folders file."
I can not use Outlook to check my email. How can I fix
this problem?

It sounds like you may have a corrupted .pst file. Please follow the article below to resolve your issue.
