I have a message that is stuck in the outbox of outlook. I can't delete, open
or send it. Other then this one message all other emails are sent
successfully. When I try to open the message I get the pop-up from Outlook
that says can't open because Outlook has started to send the msg. I have
tried working off-line to fix but nothing works.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
