WHEN I TRY TO INPUT ANY INFO IN OUTLOOK IT SAYS " MESSAGING INTERFACE HAS DETECTED AN UNKNOWN ERROR. IF PROBLEM PERSISTS RESTART OUTLOOK." I HAVE TRIED RESTARTING OUTLOOK AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Firstly, please do not post all in caps - it's considered shouting.

Outlook is not part of windows, it's part of the Office suite.
