Outlook XP Task Master Catagory List not available with 2003 task

The office Xp .pst file that I am now using with Office 2003 is does not show
the customized Master Catagory list within Tasks that was originally created
with Office XP Tasks. Is there a way to bring up these catagories or do I
need to recustomize the list?
The catagories are able to be viewed when in the Task list so the structure
is intact.
 
That's because the master category list isn't in the .pst file. It's in the Windows registry. Did you move to a new machine without transferring settings?
