Outlook XP - Reply or New Window off screen

When I reply or start a new message, it doesn't appear on
my screen, even though it shows in the task bar. F11
doesn't help - there doesn't seem to be any way to show
the window.
 
What SP level is Office/Outlook?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
