Outlook XP Display Map

I have Outlook XP running all from my computer. However, when I click to display a map of the contact address absolutely nothing happens. This is a feature that we would like to use, but cannot resolve how to get the map to display. I use MSN explorer as a web browser, and thought it might be because I wasn't using IE, so I made IE my default browser, but still nothing happens.

since posting, I have loaded Office 2003 Professional and display map still
not working. Followed all directions from your response and tried each of
the different URL's but I keep getting the message that MS has encountered a
problem and unable to complete. [This is more than I got before]. Any other
suggestions?

The technique described at the page I suggested does not apply to Outlook
2003, unfortunately. You should remove the added registry value completely.

since posting, I have loaded Office 2003 Professional and display map still

Where does the information a file type come from?

Yes, I removed the registry entry that I had added earlier, as indicated by
your response.

Did you remove the map URL key from the registry, the one you added earlier?
