I'm running WindowsXP on a Dell Desktop, cable modem'd up to the Internet and
want to sync my Yahoo! mail with Outlook (2002-or 03). The send/receive
fctn. seems to be working, but it keeps downloading the same 1300-odd emails,
none of which are newer than 6 months old. How can I download the latest
emails from my Yahoo! Plus account?

Not sure what you mean by 'sync' - if you have POP access, it should be
*downloading* (whether or not it then removes mail from the Yahoo server is
up to you & whether you've ticked the appropriate box to leave messages on
server).

Do you get any error messages? That's an awful lot of messages to try to
download via POP, especially if you have attachments. A thought - you might
try moving mail into folders in Yahoo, and hence downloading only a subset
of your inbox at a time.
